The Entrepreneurial Intuitive

Mind

The mind of any organism,
from the simplest to the most complex,
is that organic function that enables it to sense
the nature of its environment
and to respond appropriately
to changes in that environment.

The present environment is undergoing change
at a rate more rapid
than that which was initiated
by the asteroidal impact
that ended the era of the dinosaurs.
This rate of change will doom any and all enterprises
within our present era – if not taken into account.

Or, this change may offer evolutionary opportunities
to those organisms sensitive to the universe of information
offered to the senses below the clamor of verbal thought.

The mind faculty that responds
to sub-cortical promptings from the sensory universe
is called intuition.
Only one who can intuit the opportunities
within the seeming chaos of the present era
can receive their promise –

the Entrepreneurial Intuitive.

Ripples in space

Shape

We have never lived in the geometric space
that was imagined by Euclid.

There are no straight or parallel lines;
Not in the real universe.
Not in the motions of great celestial bodies,
not in the motions of the most minute particles,
not in the motions of living organisms,
and certainly not in the spreadsheets
upon which we trace our illusory successes.

The swimmer believes himself  to be making progress
against the ripples of the immediate waters.
However, from a more encompassing perspective,
he is being inexorably swept toward the cataract.
Within the great current of time
that has bourn life on this planet
age after age,
the brief moment that has been human history
appears to be flickering before extinction.

Yet there are organisms around us that have endured
from the time the Earth’s crust cooled
and will continue to endure long after our species
has become a thin discoloration in the geologic strata.

What can we learn from these ancient survivors?
